I love this product. I would recommend it to anyone who has thin fine flyaway straight hair as I have. I've used Alterna Hemp Thickeniing Compound for a couple of years. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser. You apply it after conditioning your hair. It adds body and volume without stickiness and improves the texture but feels very natural to touch. It also makes the hair more silky and improves the shine. In addition it is not heavily scented.

My daughter and I have been using the thickening compound for about two years. We both have fine hair and thsi product is brilliant at making the appearance thicker. It also seems to protect our hair from the heat from straighteners.

A brilliant product for fine hair, controls static too. Not found one better. Well worth the purchase.
