What is the RED Community? Well put into simple terms we are keen to establish a“community / family feel” to our salon. We want you to feel part of the bigger picture, in that as we mentioned you open our front door and feel “at home”, and are welcome.
On a broader sense we need to collate information about you our valued clients. This is a simple process and we can manage it through our new web site. It will help us to provide the service you need from consultation; product sets that suite your exacting needs, also additional services that we are able to provide, such as our new relaxation suite.
We are also keen to communicate with you news, special offers, special events - wedding events (a relaxing experience with presentations and experts on hand), hair dressing events (what`s the latest trends, products, techniques, a chance for you to talk to us in a relaxed environment).
With the launch of our new web site we can “communicate” with you via the site which will be information rich, and also for those of you who have internet access and email, we can use this dynamic tool to help. As one example we will provide you with emails regarding events, providing you are happy to buy into our community and are keen for us to provide this means of information both to and from you.
